About Our Tastings
There’s nothing like sipping Peltier at our picturesque property, surrounded by our Lodi Rules Certified Sustainable vineyards. Our innovative temperature-controlled wine station lets you choose your own adventure with 1-ounce, 3-ounce or 6-ounce pours via a prepaid electronic card. We're the only winery in the area with this technology!
That means endless opportunities for making new discoveries and indulging in your go-tos, with as much or as little guidance as you want from our team of like-family, never-stuffy wine lovers. This system also lets us share limited releases and other special selections you won't find anywhere else. Plus, it supports our sustainability mission by reducing waste. That’s a wine win-win!

This self-guided tasting experience is for the guest who likes to explore at their own pace.
With our WineStations, choose from 16 wines and only pay for what you taste. Want to stay within a certain dollar amount? We’ll provide a card with any amount, it’s all up to you! Our friendly hosts are always there to answer questions, and when you’ve found a wine (or wines) you love, you’re welcome to purchase a glass or bottle and stay a while!

This traditional tasting is for guests who like to sit back and let the wine come to them!

Upon arrival, your friendly host will help guide your selections of 4 wines, while sharing the history of Peltier and what makes our wines unique! When you’ve found a wine (or wines) you love, you’re welcome to purchase additional tastes or wine by the glass or bottle and stay a while!

About Our Tastings
- We strongly recommend reservations to guarantee seating, Walk-ins are welcome on a first come, first serve basis and subject to availability - we will always do our best to accommodate!
- please no outside food or drink | cured meat, cheese, crackers etc. are available for purchase
- no pets or persons under 21
- We ask that all tastings be completed by 5pm
